PAYMENT / TERMS & CONDITIONS - SERVICES
These general Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) refer to your use of all of Bryony Onions’s (“we/our/us”) services including private sessions, group classes and workshops.
CLIENT INTAKE FORM
As a client, you will be required to complete the online Client Intake Form the first time you book for any Somatic Movement or Reiki sessions. This form only needs to be completed once and can be accessed here
MEDICAL HISTORY & CURRENT CONDITIONS
All relevant medical information should be disclosed on your registration form so that we can ensure our services best meet your needs. Should there be any significant change in your health, please inform us when necessary.
LOCATIONS
Online: the meeting link is: https://meet.google.com/rhe-bpwk-ezy
Estoril area (up to a 10k radius): services are provided in your home, holiday accommodation or other location as agreed at the time of booking.
Lisbon: services are provided at theLittle Yoga Space, Rua da Assunção, 42, in Baixa. The studio space is on the 1st floor, room 3.
PRICING
Reiki and private Somatic Sessions are offered with a flexible pricing structure rather than one fixed price to support accessibility. Please choose the pricing that feels appropriate to you and your circumstances. You will not be asked to justify your choice.
60-minute 1:1 session sliding scale between €60 - €80 Euros 90-minute 1:1 session sliding scale between €80 - €100 Euros
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
Unless otherwise agreed, services are payable in full at the time of booking. For regular weekly or fortnightly sessions, payment is payable one session in advance. Payment is accepted by bank transfer in Euros. For bank transfers with low fees sign-up to Wise.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to reschedule or cancel services booked, you are responsible for notifying us as soon as possible and the following policy applies:
Cancellations with 48 hours notice or more: you may reschedule your appointment or request a full refund;
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: if I’m able to fill your appointment time, I will refund your payment or you can reschedule to a later date; if I’m not able to fill your appointment time, your payment will be forfeit.
